How the responsibility splits
Your facility prepares and tenders the material in appropriate sealed, labeled, transport-ready packaging. ZipMed transports it in a dedicated professional carrier according to your agreed handling and temperature instructions. ZipMed is not a laboratory packaging service.
Temperature-controlled transport is offered only where ZipMed has confirmed the required range and the appropriate equipment and process for that shipment — not as a blanket cold-chain claim.
ZipMed does not accept regulated medical waste, sharps disposal, radioactive materials, category a infectious substances. Shipment eligibility is subject to qualification and applicable requirements. Handling, packaging, and temperature requirements are confirmed before pickup.
