Information we collect
When you book a delivery or submit a route quote request, we collect the business contact and service details you provide: organization, organization type, contact name, work email, mobile phone, pickup and delivery addresses and contacts, facility access instructions, shipment category and notes, requested date and time window, service level, package size, and handling requirements. Please do not include diagnoses, test results, or other unnecessary patient medical information.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to schedule and complete the delivery, confirm handling requirements, prepare pricing, and provide delivery records. We do not sell contact information.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. ZipMed does not store card details in its own systems.
Information encountered during service
In the course of courier work we may transport sealed materials that contain sensitive information. We use privacy-conscious workflows: materials stay sealed as packaged by the sender, are kept out of public view, and are released only to the intended recipient or an authorized designee. ZipMed does not represent this as any form of privacy certification and makes no blanket HIPAA compliance claim.
Retention and security
Booking and inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for service, billing, and recordkeeping purposes. Access to delivery records is limited to personnel who need them.
